We specialize in precise turning of elements up to 200mm in diameter. We machine most of the available materials such as black steel, stainless steel, inconel, bronze, brass, plastics. Thanks to modern machine tools and qualified staff, we are able to complete orders on time and in accordance with the client's specifications. We provide comprehensive services, from cutting through turning, drilling, threading, rolling, milling from our own material as well as from material entrusted by the client. We are able to cope with even the most demanding tasks in our machine park, where there are machine tools equipped with the Y axis, driven tools, C axis, bar feeders or product capture units. We have extensive experience in the production of such products as threaded bushings, regular rollers and V-belt rollers, elements for condensation arc welding, bolts, structural elements of machines.

The thread rolling method has many advantages. Thanks to cold working, by compacting the material, it allows to increase the strength of the rod. It gives the opportunity to achieve better precision and surface quality. It is characterized by a short time of production, which in serial processing allows reducing production costs. On our machine tools, we are able to make inch and metric threads from 4mm to 24mm in diameter. We have the ability to prepare products for rolling operations.

We deal with drilling on table drills, conventional lathes as well as on CNC machine tools. We have experience in processing black steel, stainless steel, plastics, aluminium, bronze and brass. We make holes in the diameter range from 2mm to 50mm.

In our machine park we have eccentric presses with a pressure of 20 tons and a hydraulic press with a pressure of 100 tons. We deal with cold plastic working as well as hot working thanks to our induction furnaces.

We have a modern CNC milling machine in our machinery park, thanks to which we can process elements with dimensions of 1100mm x 400mm x 400mm.
